“I have called Legends Mechanical a couple of times regarding questions about our 1 year old gas furnace. The first time Mike came out and resolved a minor issue with the furnace. The second time, my furnace would shut off and stop heating. I called and spoke with dispatch and they had Mike call me within minutes to ask about my issue. Since it was the weekend Mike had one of his service team members call me back and he walked me through the diagnosis process and while on the phone told me how to resolve a simple fix for a plugged water drain hose and had my furnace running again. Great people and company and I will be a loyal customer for years because of how they treat customers and their friendly service. Great job LM and your service team!”
